Christians are Divine & Human leaders in Jesus Christ
At the sight of the crowds, his heart was moved with pity for them
because they were troubled and abandoned,
like sheep without a shepherd.
Then he said to his disciples,
“The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few;
so ask the master of the harvest
to send out laborers for his harvest.”
Christians are not mere human beings who eat, drink, make houses and build families but divine beings as well who carry the mission of Christ on this Earth. The calling of a Christian to live a Sacramental life which is the mixture of Human and Divine nature. Jesus was hundred percent Human and hundred presents Divine. This was the plan of God to transform his people from Human instinct in to Divine nature. Jesus leaves a legacy of heritage and we are that heritage called Christians. If we see our role model and the Good Shepherd whom we follow did not give first priority towards Human needs or Human inclinations like Daily Bread, family, Shelter, Education, Health but he did not neglect these necessary things in his life. He was a Carpenter and worked for his daily bread. He had a family and till the foot of the Cross he carried that responsibility and handed over his mother to John his disciple. Through this we can understand he he loved her Mother and wellbeing even after his death. Jesus was with Scribes and Pharisees from the age of twelve studying the Word of God and debating with his divine Wisdom. Jesus did not neglect his Human life but nurtured it day by day but he used this human nature to reveal Divine Nature to himself by Prayer and to others by his Divine Revelations the Gospel. Jesus also built a Community of human Common Worldly People and put his Divine Knowledge in to their heart and minds and transformed that Community in to a Divine community the first Christian Church. If we see on the Pentecost these twelve simple disciples were on Divine Fire and preached the Knowledge of God and Thousands of People received the Good news.
Jesus lived a balance life of Human Family and Divine Family. We are primarily called for this Vocation as Christians. We need to live to form Divine families and communities, organisations, Companies, Neighbourhood in the place where we are living on this Earth. If we live just like human , there will not be any difference between Human and animals. Animals also live a pretty decent life but they are not blessed with Divine Wisdom and thankfull to their creator in their own way of life.
We human beings are more cultured or Divine like than the Animal Kingdom. If we live a normal Worldly life, it will be a life like animals eating , drinking,building and passing on the life .
In the beginning the Humans were human & Divine Beings , this was a beatiful combination which Angels could not think of and the evil angels tricked the humanity and entered in them to form a Humans mixed with Evil . This is the reason Jesus was born in the original nature of Adam who was hundred percent human and divine.
Jesus want to give our original nature and calls all human beings to follow him. In tiday’s reading Jesus calls all his followers to carry on the mission of changing Humans in to Human Divine Beings. As a testimony he drives a oersob who was possessed with demons and shows his compassion and pity upon all people who driven by Evil and controlling their life.
In the first reading Jacob wrestles with God , God removes all evil from Jacob and makes Divine human being by transforming him in to Israel a new name or image of God.
At the Baptism every Christian gets a new identity a name and image of God. All Christians are human and divine beings. We are called to change the whole World in to his likeness. Jesus calls us to pray and carry the mission of Christ in this Earth.
The mission of Christ is to become Winesses ic Christ by Words and actions. If all Christians understand this point and become a missionery in their own living places, the Whole wirld will transform in to Divine nature if God with no time. I pray with Jesus to trnsform more people in to his image and inspire these people with the fire if love to transfirm the whole World.
