He cried out in a loud voice to the four angels
who were given power to damage the land and the sea,
“Do not damage the land or the sea or the trees
until we put the seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”

The Vision or Goal of Christian mission is to become Children of God on this Earth. The Creation was created to praise , worship and glorify God on this Earth. All the Commandments of God’s love bind us in to Gods love. From Adam to Abraham or Isaac to Jesus all the Works of God are to bring People in to their sense and know that they are created as Children of God. All efforts of Prophets, Commandments, Church teaching , Saints , Word of God is to gather all nations in to one flock and bring in to an awareness that they are people of God or Children of God. The Children of God are called Saints in the kingdom of God.

What are the Characteristics of a Child of God. The main character of a Child of God is love. If we reflect love in our daily lives and segregate features of love in to Character , the end product is our attitude. The attitudes can be various , self attitude is called ego or Pride , Evil attitude is called Hatred, and good attitude is called love or Be attitudes or positive attitudes. It is easy to understand a person looking at his attitude.

A true Christian or Child of God possesses the Characteristics described in the Be attitudes. We can say this as the checklist of a Christian to tick mark the characteristics of a Christian life on this earth. Beatitude is the final Exam of our life on this Earth. It is our Vocation or appointment as a true Child of God or follower of Christ, a Christian.

If we live the Beatitudes on this Earth, We are called Blessed , Blessed is a title given to People who lived a life of Be attitude on this Earth and a proof of being in the company of our God in Heaven after their death . Jesus calls the people who are living in Beatitude as Blessed or in short Saints.

Jesus lived a life of Be attitude and became an example to all his followers to teach and live the life of Be attitudes. What are the Be attitudes taught on the Sermon on the Mount . The Be attitudes are not some new teaching but Gods love or ten commandments explained in a new way and new understanding of Heart. Jesus revealed full picture of Gods love in the life of Be attitudes. Be attitudes are nothing but Ten Commandments of Gods love.

If we practice the ten Commandments , we reach the Be attitudes. If Ten Commandments are Questions for a Christian test , the Be attitudes are the answers for the questions. We need both Questions and Answers to become a Child of God. The Questions point us or direct us to a destination and the Answers give us the true meaning, when we walk towards those directions in our life.

Be attitudes are the mirrors to examine our lives or checkpoints of the journey of life. If we lose the image of love in any one of the mirror or miss a check post , we must retreat and come in to the image of God . We see many Christians say they are followers of Christ but none Be attitudes visible in their daily life, we see often see even the Church Leaders . I wonder a Blind guide lead another Blind Man in to light. This was the situation at the time of Jesus and has not changed much even today. Jesus gathered some simple and poor people at the Mountain side and started preaching, teaching and praying spontaneously like Our Father Prayer.

These people listened to Jesus and lived these Be attitudes in their daily lives by sharing and loving with each other. If someone had extra , they sold those Extra Houses and lands and distributed among the needy and no one in the early Christian Community was in need and were fully content. No person claimed their belonging as their own but everyone used them as if it belonged to everyone in their Neighborhood or in the Community.

One third of the population of the World are Christians by religion but how many of them are Christians by attitude. We do not require more Evangelism any more , if we teach these 2.5 Billion Christians to live in love and Be attitudes of Christ , the whole World will follow Christ with in a decade. Christians must become examples for other Faith group by forgiveness and Sharing like Mother Theresa , we need not to talk many things or teach many things but looking at our Be attitudes , they get attracted to the Master. Let us become examples in our own houses to love and serve in Be attitudes and our Children will follow our Examples of love.

“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

Blessed are they who mourn,
for they will be comforted.

Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the land.

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be satisfied.Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.

Blessed are the clean of heart,
for they will see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.

Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you
and utter every kind of evil against you falsely because of me.
Rejoice and be glad,
for your reward will be great in heaven.”
